OkAssessor.com is a complete county assessor information website. The OKAssessor.com website is both
an entryway to the county assessor's office and general information center. Let's look at the different
menu items appearing on the OkAssessor.com home page, to allow you to develop a strong understanding
of the organization of this site.
The Home Page menu is used to navigate throughout the OkAssessor.com web site. There are eight Home Page
menu items.
Clicking on one of these Home page menu items will replace the sub-menu on the left side of the screen with its own sub-menu. It will also replace whatever is in the center part of the screen with the appropriate content.
The Home Page is the welcome page that opens up in your browser whenever you access OKAssessor.com. The sub-menu contains list of counties that have their site at OkAssessor.com. Clicking on the Select County drop down menu on the left side of the screen will take you to that county's website.
You can also click the county on the state map (in the upper right hand corner) to access that county's web page. Counties that have web pages are highlighted.

The News sub-menu is divided into two pages.

Website News reveals the latest activities and developments at OkAssessor.com. The dates of additional new counties, digital photos, and other new features will be listed on this page.
Archive
The Archive page is a listing of past (archived) website news for each quarter of past years(s).

The Archive page is a listing of past (archived) website news for each quarter of past years(s).
The Contacts page lists the phone numbers, address, and office hours of each office contact.
The Data Update page lists the counties and the latest updated property data.
The Handbook page is a site tutorial for OkAssessor.com. Select the items you are interested
in by clicking on the appropriate icon.
The Subscriber page has a Log In Menu, Subscription Information, and Website Contacts.
Log In Menu
The Log In menu is an area to type your user login and password. Type your user login in the
Login box, type your password in the Password box then click the Log In button. If your login
and passwords are correct, you will be immediately logged into the website.
The Logged in Menu replaces the login boxes with your login name. Once you log in, this "logged
in" area will show up on every page. The "logged in" area will list your user login name, and a
Logout button. The Logout button does just what it says; it logs you off the website.
The Newsletter page is The Assessment Files is a monthly newsletter published by the County
Assessors Association of Oklahoma. The newsletters are in Adobe PDF format and will open in
a new window. To view any particular newsletter just click on the month you wish to access.
